Welcome to our podcast series which we hope will bring our charity, our values and beliefs to life. Although STEKAskills doesn't support the STEKA home (which has other close friends and partners) we do focus on extending STEKA's very special culture and way of doing things to other marginalised people living outside STEKA. . We call this spreading the STEKA effect and this series will look at what the STEKA effect is, and how we are helping transfer it to other poverty experienced people through the STEKA Centre for Vocational Skills and Community Enterprise. For each episode we have produced an audio version and a YouTube version (which includes subtitles and photos). Click on whichever link you prefer . Enjoy!
